Appointment Policy

BOOKING POLICY

Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We are a very busy salon and often work back-to-back appointments. If you are 10 minutes or more late for your booking we may not have time to complete the service as a whole and such, it may need to be rescheduled or moved to the next available appointment of which you will forfeit the total fee of your treatment.

CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS

We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or make any changes within 24 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit the deposit or total fee. For group bookings over 4 people, we require a 50% deposit and your CC to be stored on file in order to confirm your appointment. This includes those using a gift card.

GIFT CARDS / VOUCHERS

All Parlour O gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable and are only be used exclusively for Parlour O treatments. If you’re wanting to use a voucher – please present your voucher in salon at the time of your appointment.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

We are happy to accommodate your little ones, however we do ask that you please be considerate of staff and clients when in for your visit. Anyone under the age of 16 years will require parental supervision.

Prior to your booking, please let us know of any medical concerns, allergies or injuries you may have.
